For automatic sliding gates used in garages, shops and factory yards, the controller determines overall safety and running performance. As a dedicated controller for sliding gates, the YET868-V2.0 delivers reliable protection, practical functions and easy configuration, ideal for new installations and retrofitting existing gates.

Safety comes first. It integrates obstacle-detection and over-current dual protection. The gate will reverse when hitting obstacles while closing, and stop immediately if blocked while opening. Adjustable torque settings make obstruction-stop more sensitive without compromising motor performance, preventing injuries to people and damage to vehicles or gate panels.

It supports external infrared photocells: the gate will pause closing when people pass through the gate zone, with real-time feedback shown on the digital display. Motor overload protection stops operation under abnormal conditions to avoid burnout and extend service life. Limit switches ensure accurate open/close positioning and prevent over-travel impact.

Practical functions adapt to diverse site requirements. The autoclose delay is adjustable from 1-99 seconds. The gate will close automatically after people or vehicles pass, and this feature can be disabled when not needed. Adjustable soft-start & soft-stop functions buffer acceleration and deceleration, cutting noise and mechanical wear on tracks and gate hardware.

Full-open and partial-open modes are optional. Partial-open mode allows pedestrian access without fully opening the gate for better security, with configurable partial-open duration.

Powerful remote management is supported: up to 120 remote-control keys (equal to 30 four-button remotes), perfect for factories and multi-user garages. Two remote modes are available: single-key cycle mode and independent four-key mode. The lock function disables all remotes and external switches to prevent unauthorized access. Remotes can be quickly added or fully cleared for easy permission reset when staff changes.

User-friendly setup and maintenance. The digital screen shows operating status and fault codes for fast troubleshooting. All parameters such as travel time, motor direction, limit and photocell signal types can be adjusted via onboard buttons. Autotravel learning records opening & closing time automatically, no manual timing required. One-click factory reset is available for misconfigured parameters.

Hardware supports AC110V / AC220V input. It works stably within -20℃ ~ +70℃ for outdoor cold winters and hot factory environments, with low standby power consumption. Clearly divided terminal blocks simplify field wiring for installers.
